PhpPgAdmin is one of the most popular tools for controlling PostgreSQL databases. It's user-friendly, at the same time powerful and you'll be able to execute any action you need - export, import and update any cell, row or table within a database; grant, revoke or adjust the permissions of a particular user; execute SQL queries and many more. When you want to have a backup copy of a PostgreSQL-driven website, for instance, or relocate it to a different hosting supplier, you'll be able to export your whole database in a format which you decide on - SQL, CSV, XML, XHTML and many others. When you use phpPgAdmin, you'll have complete control over your databases and everything related to them. The tool was in fact meant to be the PostgreSQL alternative of phpMyAdmin, however today the two have very little in common when it comes to the user interface.
