The upgrade includes sixty minutes of work and if a specific task requires less time, the remaining minutes will be available for the future and shall be listed in the VPS billing CP. You'll be able to use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an independent upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which includes thirty minutes of custom work on your server. Thus, you'll be able to work on your websites without needing to worry that you won't be able to use some application or losing time on technological matters.

The upgrade is available with all our dedicated servers
and provided you add it, our skilled administrators shall be able to help you with anything on your server. For example installing any third-party software that you may want to use on the server and troubleshooting any script that performs badly or does not run at all. Our upgrade features sixty minutes of work and in case a particular task isn't very time-consuming, we will add the remaining time to your account. You'll be able to check out how many minutes are left within your billing Control Panel and use them anytime you need assistance again.
