Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just specify the email box you would like to forward emails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
